Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy — Igniting Sparks Literacy Lab & Numeracy Ninjas Bookings Igniting Sparks programs run in small groups to ensure personalised support for every learner. Because places are limited, full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s spot. Cancellations Bookings for Literacy Lab and Numeracy Ninjas are non‑refundable. Each place is prepared for in advance and cannot be easily filled at short notice. Rescheduling If your child cannot attend: - With 24+ hours’ notice: You may reschedule into another Literacy Lab or Numeracy Ninjas session **within the same term**, subject to availability. - With less than 24 hours’ notice: The session is considered attended and rescheduling is not available. Missed Sessions If a session is missed without notice, it is forfeited. This helps maintain fairness and consistency for all families. Illness If your child is unwell, please keep them home. You may reschedule **once per term** for illness, provided you notify us before the session begins. Program Changes Igniting Sparks Education may adjust session times or groupings if needed. Families will always be notified in advance.
